Shipping is free on all orders, with a tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Delivery: 4 to 5 weeks in total
Each Cloudride pillow is prepared and shipped after you order. From the day you order, preparation, shipping and delivery take about 4 to 5 weeks in total.

Christmas orders
To receive your pillow before Christmas, place your order before the date shown on the product page.
Tracking
You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
