You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or refund.

Damaged or defective

If your diffuser arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send it back.

Changed your mind

Return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive it, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
